She received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where she graduated magna cum laude. Later, she graduated with distinction from Wake Forest School of Medicine and received a Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

Between attaining her degrees, Ms. Rudisill’s lifelong interest in science and medicine found her working as a medical scribe in a hospital emergency department. The teamwork displayed by her physician assistant colleagues inspired her to pursue a career in the field.

Today she works in pain management, which Ms. Rudisill offers an interdisciplinary approach. She has always appreciated neurology, orthopedics, primary care, and mental health. With pain management, she gets to incorporate all of these into one specialty.

She finds great satisfaction in assisting patients who are dealing with chronic pain. Helping them along the road to recovery while using various tools at her disposal proves rewarding. 

Ms. Rudisill enjoys the hands-on aspect of pain management. She finds the team atmosphere and working one-on-one with patients very motivating.

When not at work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with loved ones, and physical activities, including yoga, hiking, and walking with her dogs, Zombie and Samsi.
