Elizabeth Snoderly, DO, is an Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management Physician at United Physician Group. With seven offices in Douglasville, Georgia, and Piedmont, Myrtle Beach, and Spartanburg, South Carolina, patients can choose the United Physician Group locations nearest them.

Dr. Snoderly received her Doctor of Medicine from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed specialty training in pain management at the highly regarded Cleveland Clinic.

Her career highlights include working on pain management patent ideas and serving as an advisor for Boston Scientific. Although her experience ranges from a background in anesthesia to working in a Level 1 trauma center, Dr. Snoderly says all roads lead to her core passion: pain management.

“Pain can victimize patients so much,” she says. “It affects every aspect of their life. I love problem solving and finding a solution to someone’s pain. It’s so rewarding watching a patient do something they haven’t done in years.”

As an interventional pain provider, Dr. Snoderly and her staff treat patients with a variety of pain, with most cases involving back, neck, and spinal cord issues. No matter the problem, she focuses on the quality of her work, which includes epidurals, injections, radiofrequency ablations, and more.

“I always say you can never be too clean or too careful,” Dr. Snoderly says. “One of my strengths is that I don’t rush. I take my time, making sure the job is getting done right. My main goal is providing the best care possible to my patients.”

In her spare time, Dr. Snoderly explores her passion for independent film and works as a producer.
